Program Description
Vitality is a coach-led functional fitness class designed specifically for adults 55+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent—but need a more thoughtful, supportive approach than traditional high-intensity programs. Each session focuses on real-life movement patterns like sitting, standing, carrying, reaching, and balancing, with modifications tailored to individual ability levels. With smaller class sizes and attentive coaching, Vitality helps members build confidence, reduce pain, and move better in everyday life—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Personalized, low Impact Training
Every movement is scalable and joint-friendly, allowing members to safely improve strength and endurance without unnecessary strain.
Balance, Stability and Fall Prevention
Dedicated work on coordination, balance, and core stability to improve control and reduce fall risk.
Build Mobility and Pain Reduction
Classes incorporate intentional mobility work and controlled movement patterns to improve range of motion and decrease stiffness.
Supportive Coaching and Community
